UK Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on country and weight of your order. Delivery times are dependent on couriers, please allow up to seven working days for UK deliveries. If your order has not arrived, please contact support@tylerstrouvailles.com.

UK Shipping (Bulk Orders):

Shipping of bulk orders (orders of 10+ journals) are subject to the following costs, reflective of the weight and size of the parcel(s). Please note that these shipping prices are for UK BULK ORDERS ONLY. If you are interested in ordering in bulk from outside the UK, please email orders@tylerstrouvailles.com and register international interest in the form below.

10-19 Journals = £10.90

20-39 Journals = £15.90

40-69 Journals = £24.90

70-100 Journals = £30.90

Orders exceeding 100 journals, please email orders@tylerstrouvailles.com to place your order and receive a postage calculation.

International Orders

Please note that international shipping rates are quoted for the cost of ONE or TWO JOURNAL(S). To order more than two journals or to bulk order journals internationally please email orders@tylerstrouvailles.com and register international interest below.

Customs

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Tyler’s Trouvailles has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance- please check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you the customer.

Returns

By placing an order at Tyler’s Trouvailles, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the first instance, please email support@tylerstrouvailles.com to request a return.

Please note: due to the nature of some products including downloadable products are not returnable or refundable.

Please feel free to return your journal within two weeks as long as it is unused and in a sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage process and fees- we can’t issue a refund until the goods have checked.

Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the address provided is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the correct shipping address is inputted. Where possible, shipment may be processed quickly, hence there will be minimal time allowance to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email orders@tylerstrouvailles.com as soon as you place your order. Tylers Trouvailles will do their best to make the change possible, however, this cannot be guaranteed. If it is too late for your order to be cancelled, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. For more information on how to return your order please email support@tylerstrouvailles.com. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees and only when checked to ensure the product is in an unused/sellable condition, will the remaining amount be refunded within ten working days to your original payment method.
